Terms of Service

By creating access or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

The service turns a single brief into content across multiple formats - such as video, graphics, copy and social posts - and applies your defined brand to those outputs.

The service is provided as an ongoing subscription and is intended for producing content for brands and organizations you are authorized to represent.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

On shared and multi-brand plans, you are responsible for who you invite into your workspace and for ensuring each client brand is used only by those permitted to.

You agree not to use the service to produce content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or misrepresents a brand you are not authorized to act for.

You also agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service or the accounts of others.

You retain ownership of the brand assets you provide and, subject to your plan and payment, of the content you generate through the service.

You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process those assets solely to operate the service and produce your content.

The service itself - including its software, interface and underlying systems - remains our property. These terms do not transfer any rights in the platform to you beyond the right to use it under your plan.

Paid plans are billed on the cycle shown at signup. You can move between tiers as your needs change, and changes take effect according to your billing cycle.

We may adjust plan features or pricing over time. Where a change materially affects an active plan, we will give reasonable notice.

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided on an "as available" basis. Maintenance, updates or factors outside our control may occasionally affect availability.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated, and our liability arising from your use of the service is limited as set out in these terms.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before you publish or distribute it.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached or where required to protect the service or its users.

On termination, your access ends and stored data is handled in line with the retention described in our privacy policy.

If we update these terms, the current version will always be available here. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
